Voting Resources

I was prepared for the outcome of the election, but I do have concerns with the enforcement of the election laws in this primary. Days before the election, a family member told me that at an early voting location in Pender County she did not have to present photo identification. And the night before the election I learned that another individual heard of instances where they were not checking identification in Forsyth County where he lives. While such instances may be isolated instances and not change the outcome, no election should be undermined by failure to enforce the law, whether by incompetence or malfeasance.
